Immediately following the speciality weeks, our dining rooms are transformed into a Brazilian churrascaria. In a convivial atmosphere, you can enjoy spicy sausages and tender lamb, pork and beef of the highest quality – skewer after skewer, until even the last bite has been taken. We serve rice, farofa, feijoada (bean stew), traditional and exotic salads and various sauces to accompany the meat. The meat is grilled slowly, making it all the more delicious. An exotic dessert provides a sweet finale.

What is churrasco?
Churrasco is a traditional South American method of grilling meat over an open fire. The meat is cut directly at the table and served with special tongs. Beef is seasoned only with coarse salt, while white meat is marinated beforehand in onions, tomatoes, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper and plenty of lime juice. Jaciara from Brazil and her husband Holger, who have been passionately organising this festival with us for years, ensure an authentic experience.
With a view of the barbecue masters
Barbecuing takes place right outside the front door: in our beer garden, the skewers are cooked over glowing charcoal. Through the patio doors, you can watch the barbecue masters at work – an experience for all the senses.
