Churrasco barbecue evening

On November 24, 25 & 26, 2025, experience Brazilian Churrasco with us – a grill feast full of moments of pure enjoyment.

Right after the Specialty Weeks, our dining rooms transform into a Brazilian Churrascaria. In a cheerful atmosphere, you’ll enjoy spicy sausages as well as tender lamb, pork, and beef of the finest quality – skewer after skewer, until every appetite is satisfied. To accompany the meat, we serve rice, farofa, feijoada (bean stew), traditional and exotic salads, and a variety of sauces. Everything is grilled slowly over open fire, making every bite all the more flavorful. To finish, an exotic dessert adds a sweet note to the evening.

What is Churrasco?
Churrasco is a traditional South American style of grilling over open fire. The meat is brought directly to the table and carved in front of you, served with a special tong. Beef is seasoned only with coarse salt, while lighter meats are marinated beforehand in a tempero made from onions, tomatoes, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, and plenty of lime juice. Churrasco requires both experience and passion – something Jaciara from Brazil and her husband Holger bring with them when hosting this feast with us year after year.

The grilling takes place right outside our doors: in our beer garden, the skewers are finished over glowing embers. Through the terrace doors, you can watch the churrasqueiros at work – a feast for all the senses.
