Kehraus & Ash Wednesday specialities

For carnival revellers, Kehraus is the last celebration of the carnival season – on Shrove Tuesday. This evening is often marked by particularly wild and exuberant celebrations. Because at Kehraus – at midnight sharp – the fifth season comes to an end. Then Ash Wednesday begins, and with it Lent. On Ash Wednesday, there are therefore many meat-free specialities on our menu.
